The tell is located 1.5 km northeast of the village Alaağaç in the district of Demirci. It is 300 x 250 m wide and 8 m high. So far, no excavations have been conducted. Surface finds indicate intense Late Chalcolithic habitation and traces of a Bronze Age settlement as identified by Engin Akdeniz.
