The site is situated near the coast on a natural hill about 4 km south of Kuşadası, on the western side of the street from Kuşadası just before the turnoff to Davutlar. No settlement remains have been identified; it was probably just a fortification. The remaining wall is said to be Cyclopean in character with remains standing up to 5 meters high. It stretches mainly along the east side of the hilltop and follows the contours. According to Recep Meriç, two opening on the west side are visible.
